Deluxe Corporation is seeking a skilled press operator in Townsend, MA to operate and set up multi-color sheet-fed or high-speed presses. The role requires accurate color matching, proper ink/water balance, and precise registration to meet customer specifications.

You will perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, and ensure quality output while following safety and efficiency standards. The position offers a first shift, Monday–Friday, with competitive hourly pay and comprehensive

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older and have 2 years manufacturing/printing experience.
• Education: HS/GED required.
• Experience: 2 years printing press; familiarity with Lean principles.
• Strong math, reading and computer skills; good communication.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up multi-color sheet fed or high-speed presses.
• Load stock, set correct paper path and ink balance; ensure color accuracy and register.
• Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot equipment; adjust machinery as needed.
