Qualifications

• Previous staffing, scheduling, recruiting, or healthcare coordination experience preferred.
• Experience supporting Skilled Nursing or multi-site operations is a plus.
• Active CNA Certification required.
• Strong communication and follow up skills.
• Ability to stay organized and work with urgency.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities at once.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn systems quickly.
• Reliable, dependable, and able to take ownership of daily responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily staffing needs and open shifts.
• Communicate with facility leadership regarding call offs, schedule gaps, and coverage needs.
• Assist with scheduling and placement of staff based on facility needs.
• Track staffing activity and maintain accurate records.
• Follow up with employees regarding availability, attendance, and shift confirmations.
• Help ensure facilities are properly staffed to support quality resident care.
• Work closely with internal teams to improve staffing processes and response times.
