Job summary

Crown Rehab and Healthcare Center is seeking a reliable CNA Staffing Coordinator who thrives under pressure and can manage staffing needs across nursing schedules. The role reports to the DON and works closely with the management team to ensure adequate unit coverage throughout all shifts.

The ideal candidate will have prior staffing coordination experience in healthcare, a CNA license, and excellent organizational and communication skills to support staff and facility operations.

Qualifications

• Experience as Staffing Coordinator or Staffing Director in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Ability to build strong relationships and gain staff support.
• Superior organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility and the ability to handle stress, change, and unexpected occurrences.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily tardiness and absenteeism calendars.
• Coordinate nursing schedules to ensure unit coverage.
• Consult with nursing staff and supervisors regarding staffing and scheduling needs to reduce problems.
• Assist employees with timely completion of Time Request Forms.
• Contact employees by phone, email, text, and other methods to keep worksheets and schedules up to date.
• Answer employee calls regarding staffing and scheduling.
