Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group is seeking a compassionate team member to support the Social Services Department in a skilled nursing facility. You will help plan, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct resident social services in accordance with federal, state, and local standards.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in healthcare strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director to ensure that the medically related emotional and social needs of the resident are met on an individual basis and direct the Social Services Department operations following standards and policies.
• Assist in planning, organizing, implementing, evaluating and directing the overall operation of the community’s Social Services Department.
