Saber Health Group is seeking a temporary Social Worker to assist the Director in meeting residents' emotional and social needs in a skilled nursing facility. The role supports planning, organizing, and directing the Social Services Department in accordance with policies and regulations.

The position requires a high school diploma, a Social Work license where applicable, and strong English communication. Temporary assignment with wage of $25–$30 per hour, 12–14 weeks, beginning November 9th,

Qualificações

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Possession of a current, unencumbered license to practice as a Social Work within the state in which you work, if required by state/federal regulations.
• Must have experience in Long Term Care as well as behavioral health
• Experience working in healthcare, either social services, direct care or hospitality, is preferred.
• Must be able to communicate in English and have the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Director to ensure the medically related emotional and social needs of residents are met.
• Assist in planning, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the Social Services Department operations.
• Follow health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintain established standards.
