Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Current, unencumbered Social Work license in the required state.
• Experience in Long Term Care and behavioral health.
• Healthcare social services or hospitality experience preferred.
• Able to communicate in English and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director to ensure residents' emotional and social needs are met.
• Plan, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the Social Services Department.
• Follow federal, state, and local regulations and facility policies.
