Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group is seeking a Social Services professional for a skilled nursing facility. The role supports the Director in ensuring residents’ medical, emotional, and social needs are met, with emphasis on individual care plans, planning, and departmental oversight in line with regulations and facility policies.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in healthcare strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director to ensure that the medically related emotional and social needs of the resident are met on an individual basis.
• Assist in planning, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the overall operation of the community’s Social Services Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, our established policies and procedures.
