Saber Health Group is seeking a Social Services Assistant in a skilled nursing facility. You will help plan, organize, implement, and direct the Social Services Department to meet residents’ emotional and social needs in compliance with regulations.

Must have a high school diploma. Full-time shifts are available with 8:00a–4:30p or 9:00a–5:30p; wage ranges from $30.00 to $33.00 per hour. The team emphasizes support, growth, and a culture of impact.
