Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group is seeking a results-driven Business Office Manager to lead revenue cycle operations at a skilled nursing facility. This role drives cash collections, reduces AR aging, and ensures financial accuracy and compliance.

You will oversee the business office, collaborate with billing, manage census, deposits, private pay collections, Medicaid eligibility, and resident trust accounts, while supporting timely insurance submissions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
• Minimum two years in a long-term care business office or related healthcare setting.
• Working knowledge of health insurance payers (Medicare/Medicaid/Managed Care).
• Understanding Medicaid eligibility and documentation coordination.
• Proficient communication with residents, families, staff and partners.
• Strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and healthcare billing systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily business office operations, ensuring regulatory and company standards.
• Manage census, daily deposits and cash posting, and private pay collections.
• Handle resident trust accounts and Medicaid eligibility processes.
• Collaborate with billing to ensure timely submission of insurance claims and resolve billing issues.
