Julia Ribaudo Extended Care Center seeks a results-driven Business Office Manager to lead revenue cycle operations within our skilled nursing facility. The role focuses on cash collections, AR aging, and accurate financial processes while collaborating across departments.

This full-time position oversees census, daily deposits, private-pay collections, resident trust accounts, and Medicaid eligibility, aligning with billing for timely insurance submissions and issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years experience in a long-term care business office or related healthcare setting.
• Working knowledge of health insurance payers, including Medicare and Medicaid.
• Understanding of Medicaid eligibility requirements and the application process.
• Ability to communicate professionally and tactfully with residents, families, staff, and external partners.
• Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel); experience with healthcare billing systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the business office, including census management and cash posting.
• Manage deposits, cash posting, private pay collections, and resident trust accounts.
• Oversee Medicaid eligibility processes and coordination.
• Collaborate with billing team to ensure timely submission of insurance claims and resolution of billing issues.
