Saber Healthcare Group in Columbus, OH is seeking a results-driven Business Office Manager to lead revenue cycle operations within our skilled nursing facilities. The role focuses on cash collections, AR aging reduction, and financial accuracy, partnering with the billing team to ensure timely insurance claims and billing issue resolution.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
• Minimum two years of experience in a long-term care business office or healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of health insurance payers (Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care).
• Understanding Medicaid eligibility requirements and the application process, including follow-up and documentation coordination.
• Ability to communicate professionally with residents, families, staff, and external partners.
• Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel; experience with healthcare billing or electronic systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily business office operations including census, deposits, and cash posting.
• Manage private pay collections and resident trust accounts.
• Support Medicaid eligibility processes and documentation coordination.
• Collaborate with billing team to ensure accurate and timely submission of insurance claims.
• Identify and resolve billing issues to optimize revenue cycle performance.
