Step Up Rehab is seeking a licensed Florida Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team at Valencia Hills and Scott Lake Health and Rehabilitation Centers in Lakeland. You will provide skilled PTA services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility, working inside dedicated therapy gyms to help regain function and independence.

This full-time, hourly position offers a modern facility with advanced rehab equipment, supportive leadership, and a compassionate culture designed to maintain quality

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
• Help residents regain function and independence through skilled, compassionate care.
