Job summary

Step Up Rehab is seeking a qualified Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for our Skilled Nursing Facility in Lakeland, FL. This full-time position works inside dedicated therapy gyms at Valencia Hills/Scott Lake facilities to help residents regain function and independence.

The PTA must be licensed in Florida (or eligible) and bring an understanding of post-acute care. Net Health knowledge is a plus, and a supportive leadership team backs clinicians daily.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
