Step Up Lakeland, the in-house therapy provider at Valencia Hills Health and Rehabilitation Center and Scott Lake Health and Rehabilitation Center, is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our SNF team in Lakeland, FL.

This full-time, hourly position requires an active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) and offers modern rehab gyms, supportive leadership, and a patient-centered work environment focused on improving function and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a SNF.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
• Assist residents in regaining independence through skilled, compassionate care.
