Step Up Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our team at Valencia Hills and Scott Lake SNF facilities in Lakeland, FL. The role requires Florida PTA licensure or eligibility and involves working in our in-house therapy gyms to help residents regain function.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function and quality of life.
• Maintain compassionate, patient-centered care within dedicated therapy gyms.
