Step Up Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) in Lakeland, FL to provide skilled therapy in a SNF setting. Work inside dedicated therapy gyms at Valencia Hills and Scott Lake facilities, delivering care that improves residents' safety and independence.

Eligible Florida PTA professionals join a team-focused environment with realistic caseloads, modern rehab facilities, and a supportive leadership culture. Full-time, hourly pay, with comprehensive benefits offered.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
