Job summary

Step Up Lakeland is seeking a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to work full-time in our Skilled Nursing Facilities in Lakeland, FL. You will provide skilled PTA services in the therapy gyms of Valencia Hills and Scott Lake Rehabilitation Centers and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to help residents regain function and independence.

Eligible candidates have an accredited PTA degree and Florida PTA license (or license-eligible); SNF or post-acute experience is preferred and Net

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Work in dedicated therapy gyms within SNFs and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety and function.
• Maintain supportive caseloads and contribute to a positive caring culture for residents.
