Job summary

Step Up Lakeland is seeking a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to provide skilled therapy in our SNF settings. The role supports residents’ functional gains inside dedicated therapy gyms within Valencia Hills and Scott Lake facilities.

You will work with an interdisciplinary team to improve safety and independence, while maintaining a compassionate, patient‑centered approach and a realistic caseload. This full‑time, hourly position offers modern facilities and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide PTA-related therapy services to SNF residents.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function and quality of life.
