Step Up Rehab seeks a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for in-house therapy services within Valencia Hills and Scott Lake SNFs in Lakeland, FL. The role provides skilled PTA care, collaborates with an interdisciplinary team, and aims to improve residents' function and independence.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
