Job summary

Step Up Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to provide skilled therapy to residents in SNFs in Lakeland, FL. The role operates in dedicated therapy gyms within Valencia Hills and Scott Lake facilities, with emphasis on improving safety and independence.

BS/AS degree from an accredited PTA program and an active Florida PTA license (or eligibility) are required. SNF/post-acute experience is preferred, Net Health knowledge is a plus. Competitive benefits included.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
• Work inside therapy gyms within SNFs to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care and help residents regain function and independence.

Education
