Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently cook meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
• Prepare and portion food before cooking and ensure plating and garnishing of cooked items.
• Act as liaison for the Dietary Manager in their absence to ensure accurate meal prep and delivery.
• Clean the kitchen before and after food service and sanitize equipment.
• Maintain inventory and rotate stock; manage ordering as needed.
• Develop and adapt recipes while ensuring dietary compliance.
• Handle last-minute requests for special events.
