Job summary

Live Well Healthcare Solutions is seeking a skilled Cook to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner for residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility. You will work in a fast-paced kitchen, following standardized recipes and ensuring timely, appetizing meals that meet dietary guidelines.

Classically trained and experienced in high-volume environments, you will manage plating, garnishing, inventory, and occasional menu development while maintaining sanitation and collaboration with the Dietary Manager.

Qualifications

• Able to follow standardized recipes and portion accurately.
• Support dietary team with plating, garnishes and event catering.

Responsibilities

• Cook breakfast, lunch and dinner with accuracy and speed.
• Prepare and portion food, garnish plates for presentation.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and equipment sanitation.
• Manage inventory and assist with purchasing and stock rotation.
• Assist Dietary Manager in their absence and handle last-minute event requests.
