Qualifications

• Classically trained and experienced in a high-volume culinary environment.
• Ability to follow and prepare standardized recipes.
• Inventory management and purchasing responsibilities.
• Stock rotation and kitchen cleanliness before and after service.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently cook meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
• Prepare and portion food, garnish plates and ensure proper meal presentation.
• Act as liaison for Dietary Manager in their absence to ensure accurate meal prep and delivery.
• Clean the kitchen and equipment before and after service.
