Alliance Health & Human Services in Southborough, MA is seeking a Full-Time Cook to join our dietary team at a skilled nursing facility. The role offers 11am-7pm or 5:30am-2:00pm shifts on days off with alternating weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a healthcare kitchen preferred but training provided.
• Excellent communication with Residents and staff.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist with meal preparation and ensure food is stored and prepared per dietary standards.
• Maintain kitchen, storage and prep areas in a clean, safe, sanitary condition.
• Open or close the kitchen as assigned.
• Follow cleaning schedules and food safety practices.
• Document temperatures of food prior to service, refrigeration, and freezer.
• Assist with events and special meals.
