Responsibilities

• Engages and provides assistance to Members by making recommendations regarding meat, poultry, and seafood.
• Prepares special cuts of meat ordered by Members and maintains case presentation.
• Rotates products, monitors inventory, and ensures cleanliness and safety standards in the meat department.
