Qualifications

• Completion of a training program or apprenticeship may be preferred.
• Previous meat cutting experience required.
• Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards in a meat department.

Responsibilities

• Engage with Members and provide recommendations on meat, poultry, and seafood selections.
• Cut, grind, wrap, weigh, and label fresh and prepared meats to company standards.
• Ensure meat cases are stocked and rotated in line with expiry dates and quality controls.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards in all work areas including equipment and displays.
• Assist in merchandising and promotions to support daily club operations.
