TECOMET in Langhorne, PA is seeking a Manual Machinist to perform diversified machining of irregular shapes and alloys such as stainless steel. The role requires setup and operation of manual machines, reading blueprints, and precise inspection of components.

Qualified candidates have at least 3 years in a machine shop, strong math and measurement skills, and proficiency with inspection tools. A high school diploma is required, with welding experience a plus.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years machine shop experience.
• Able to read blueprints and work from drawings.
• Able to read calipers, micrometers, optical comparators, height gauges.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and operate manual machines (milling, lathe, drill press).
• Rework parts per print with written/verbal instructions.
• Maintain on-time production per schedule.
• Inspect parts for form, fit, and dimensions.
• Complete routings, inspection reports, and time entries.
• Maintain inventory of materials and tooling.
• Assist engineering with fixtures and tooling development.
• Keep work area clean, safe, and organized.
• Support other production areas as needed.
