Job summary

Texas Materials, a CRH Company, is a leading supplier of aggregates, asphalt, ready mixed concrete, and paving and construction services in Texas. The Loader Operator will operate heavy equipment, perform daily inspections, and assist in training crews.

Requires a High School diploma or GED and 1–3 years of related experience; be able to read plans, perform basic math, and follow safety procedures. Travel and night/weekend work may be needed. Benefits and growth opportunities offered.

Qualifications

• Experience with heavy equipment and project documentation.
• Ability to read blueprints and perform basic math for records.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and travel when required.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently on job sites.
• Follow OSHA/MSHA regulations and company policies.
• Report problems to Foreman/Supervisor and perform daily inspections.
• Assist in training less-experienced workers and perform general labor.
• Maintain time and material records and coordinate with crews.
