Job summary

Texas Materials, a CRH company, is seeking a Loader Operator to support daily asphalt plant production. You will operate a front-end loader to move aggregates, maintain stockpiles, and assist with plant operations in a safety-focused environment.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and 2 years of construction experience, with prior heavy equipment knowledge. Availability for night/weekend shifts and travel as needed is required.

Responsibilities

• Operate a front-end loader to move, load and supply aggregate materials to bins and hoppers.
• Maintain organized stockpiles.
• Monitor material quality and report inconsistencies to plant personnel.
• Perform basic equipment checks and routine maintenance.
• Assist with general plant upkeep and other production tasks as needed.
• Follow all safety procedures and yield smooth production flow.
