Job summary

Texas Materials, a CRH company, seeks a Loader Operator to operate a variety of heavy equipment for groundwork and construction. You will follow OSHA/MSHA regulations, perform daily inspections, and assist in training other staff.

Requirements include a High School diploma or GED and 1–3 years of related experience, plus the ability to read blueprints and perform basic math. Must be 18+ and able to travel as needed. Shift may include nights/weekends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Able to read, write and perform basic math to keep time and material records and read project documents.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to pass pre-employment screening.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently on projects.
• Follow all company policies and OSHA/MSHA regulations for safe work.
• Perform daily pre- and post-inspections with documentation.
• Assist in training less-experienced employees.
• Attend to project tasks as directed by supervision.
