Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous Loader Plant Operator experience; knowledge of mix designs and components desirable.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow all policies and OSHA/MSHA regulations for safe working procedures.
• Report problems to Foreman, Superintendent, Safety Manager, or HR Manager.
• Follow Foreman guidance for daily tasks and project expectations.
• Perform minor servicing and maintenance; refer major issues to supervisor.
• Complete daily pre- and post-inspections with proper documentation.
