Right at Home SLC is seeking a Part-Time Caregiver to provide compassionate, one-on-one in-home care for seniors and adults with disabilities. You will assist with personal care, companionship, light housekeeping, and transportation, supporting clients to maintain independence.

Morning-hour availability and reliable transportation are preferred. Training and growth opportunities are available, with potential for future advancement within the franchise network.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Experience with dementia and behavioral care.
• Experience with hoyer lifts and gait belts (preferred)

Responsibilities

As a Caregiver at Right at Home SLC, you will provide one-on-one care that enhances the quality of life for both male and female clients. Duties include companionship, assistance with personal hygiene (per-care, bathroom or in-bed support, brief changes), light housekeeping, meal preparation, transportation to appointments or outings, and medication reminders. This role is ideal for compassionate individuals who want to make a meaningful impact during morning hours.

Benefits

• Competitive pay: $17.00-$18.25/hour (depending on experience, Dementia Certification, or CNA), minimum $27.50 per shift

• Training/GUIDE Respite Rate: $17.00/hour

• Raises after 60 days and annual reviews

• Generous bonus after 60 days (20+ hours/week and required documents completed)

• Mileage reimbursement between client visits (if under one hour apart)
