Responsibilities

• Keep ski storage room organized and updated with guest information.
• Assist guests/owners with ski and snowboard equipment, including fitting and usage guidance.
• Provide personalized orientation of area and slopes in a professional, friendly manner.
• Maintain a welcoming presence in the ski valet room as a brand ambassador.
• Use reservation software to ensure guest equipment is ready each morning and stored properly.
