Job summary

Parkwell at Keystone, Dillon, CO is seeking a Ski Valet to provide exceptional guest service by storing, maintaining, and transporting ski and snowboard equipment, ensuring a seamless mountain experience for guests during their stay.

The role requires the ability to lift 40+ lbs, work outdoors in winter conditions, and pass a background check. Hospitality or customer service experience is preferred, and a valid driver’s license is typically required. You must be 18+ to qualify.

Qualifications

• Hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work outdoors in winter conditions.
• Must lift 40+ lbs and perform frequent bending, lifting, and walking.
• Successful completion of criminal and motor vehicle background check.
• At least 18 years old and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with unloading ski/snowboard equipment.
• Provide information about resort amenities, storage procedures, and mountain conditions.
• Tag, store, organize, and retrieve guests' equipment efficiently.
• Assist with transporting equipment to vehicles or slopeside access.
• Maintain a clean, safe ski valet area and logs of equipment.
• Support guests with boot fittings and minor gear adjustments when needed.
• Follow safety guidelines for lifting and navigating icy terrain.
