Job summary

Limelight Hotels, operating at Aspen Snowmass, seeks a Ski Valet to store and retrieve guest ski equipment and assist in maintaining efficient shop operations. You will greet guests, answer equipment-related queries, and support daily tasks in a fast-paced resort setting.

The role requires a high school diploma, with preference for 1 year of rental shop and customer service experience, and may involve bilingual communication. This is a seasonal part-time position with benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year previous rental shop experience preferred.
• 1 year previous customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, accurate and appropriate storage and retrieval of winter sports equipment.
• Greet guests and maintain a friendly and helpful attitude.
• Ensure shop operations are efficient, clean and organized at all times.
• Maintain knowledge to answer guest equipment-related queries and resort information.
• Acquire knowledge of Rental and Retail products to serve guests.
