PSIA-AASI Western Region seeks a Ski & Board School Director to manage all aspects of the ski school, including curriculum development, training of staff, and scheduling of lessons. You will lead the Ski School Office and Outside Operations, ensuring smooth operations across winter resorts.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and dedicated organizational skills, with experience in PSIA guidelines and staff supervision.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Must have strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Excellent guest relations and organizational skills are essential.
• Must meet minimum age requirement and have related experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Operations supervision of ski school departments.
• Develop and implement curriculum and staff training per PSIA guidelines.
• Organize and schedule group and private lessons from Ski School Office.
• Maintain pre/post-season communications with staff and administration.
