Job summary

China Peak Mountain Resort seeks a Ski & Board School Director to oversee the Ski & Board School, develop curricula, and supervise staff. The role requires PSIA certification levels II/III or examiner status, plus experience in training and coordinating staff across the program.

Responsibilities include scheduling lessons, maintaining communications with staff and administration, and ensuring safety through regular meetings and inspections. Weekend and holiday availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum PSIA Level II or III certification, or examiner level.
• One to two years related experience and/or training or equivalent education.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of the Ski & Board School.
• Develop and implement curriculum and staff training per PSIA guidelines.
• Manage Ski School Office scheduling for lessons.
• Maintain pre- and post-season communications with staff and administration.
• Supervise staff and conduct safety meetings and inspections.
