Christy Sports is hiring a Repair Tech in Salt Lake City to ensure guests receive perfectly tuned equipment for the mountain. You will sharpen edges, wax skis, handle repairs, and apply product knowledge with a passion for snow sports to deliver top‑notch service.

Qualifications

• Strong ski or snowboard background and passion for the sport.
• Self-motivated, able to multitask, and detail oriented.
• Comfortable with POS systems.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Eagerness to learn – training provided.

Responsibilities

• Build trust with guests by providing accurate information and excellent service.
• Assess when skis or snowboards need tuning or repair and recommend the best service option.
• Perform ski and snowboard tuning: sharpening, waxing, mounting, drilling, and more.
• Maintain accurate pricing and ensure promotions are up to date.
• Keep the workshop clean, organized, and operating safely.
• Follow all Christy Sports safety standards and procedures in the repair shop.
• Monitor inventory and stay on top of industry trends and technology.
• Support teammates and pitch in with other duties as needed.
