Christy Sports in Centennial, CO is seeking a skilled Repair Department Manager to lead tuning and repair of ski and snowboard equipment, manage inventory, and guide a small team. You will supervise staff, ensure equipment is maintained properly, and collaborate with store leadership to drive profitability and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong ski background and tuning knowledge.
• 2+ years tuning/repair/mounting ski equipment.
• 2+ years supervisory/leadership experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• English fluency, written and verbal.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, holidays and weekends.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales by providing the best equipment tuning/repair in the area.
• Demonstrate and maintain the high standard of guest service.
• Demonstrate excellent knowledge of products and industry trends.
• Provide resources so that employees are properly trained in repair, product knowledge, guest service and operation of a safe working environment.
• Assist in the communication of company values and goals to the employees.
• Protect company assets through loss prevention techniques.
• Maintain all company paperwork according to policies and standards.
• Demonstrate the desire to succeed and grow within the company.
• Supervise and perform tuning and repair of ski and snowboard equipment.
• Be energetic, motivated, and possess the ability to multi-task.
• Other duties as may be assigned.
