Job summary

Jay Peak Ski Resort is seeking a Ski & Snowboard Instructor to deliver high-quality on-snow instruction across groups and individual sessions. You will contribute to a collaborative team, follow resort policies, and participate in ongoing PSIA/ AASI training to maintain credentials.

We offer flexible scheduling, comprehensive training, and a supportive mountain community focused on guests’ exceptional experiences and safety in winter conditions.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedures.
• Ability to write routine reports and communicate effectively with guests and staff.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ski or snowboard instruction to guests in group or 1-on-1 formats.
• Maintain safety and foster learning for all ages and skill levels.
• Utilize WhenToWork for scheduling and attendance tracking.
