Jay Peak Resort is seeking a Ski & Snowboard Instructor to provide direct instruction in group and 1-on-1 formats across varied terrains. You’ll participate in team-building, maintain credentials, and help guests maximize their mountain experience.

The role offers flexible scheduling within team needs and comprehensive training to prepare you for success in a dynamic resort environment.

• Ensure safety and effective learning during lessons.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and welcoming service to guests of all ages and skill levels.
• Delivering high-quality, professional instruction to guests.
• Responsible for the safety and learning of students in lessons.
• Utilize scheduling app to stay aware of schedule and maintain good attendance.
• Follow resort and department policies/procedures.
• Work outdoors in the winter mountain environment.
• Participate in trainings throughout the season.
• Support other departments when needed.
• Teach with empathy and plan for guest success.
