Bear Creek is seeking a Rental Technician to help guests with ski and snowboard rentals. You will fit equipment, adjust bindings, and educate guests on safe use while delivering positive, memorable service.

Responsibilities include processing returns, maintaining safety checks, and keeping work areas clean. Must be able to work weekends and peak periods, with a friendly, professional tone at all times.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Guest service experience preferred.
• Availability during peak operating times: weekends, holidays, events.

Responsibilities

• Properly fit customers with rental equipment.
• Explain how to use skis, snowboards and bindings.
• Accurately read binding charts and adjust bindings.
• Enter equipment barcodes into the computer.
• Provide world class guest service to all customers.
• Assist with rental returns.
