Job summary

Bear Creek Mountain Resort is seeking a Rental Technician focused on delivering world-class guest service. You will fit skis and snowboards for guests, read binding charts, and adjust bindings to ensure a proper fit.

Work may include assisting with rental returns and keeping the rental area clean and efficient while providing friendly, knowledgeable service to all guests, and supporting Bear Creek’s mission and values.

Qualifications

• Must be at lelast 16 years of age
• Guest service experience preferred
• Availability during peak operating times, i.e.: weekends, holidays and special events

Responsibilities

• Properly fit customers with rental equipment
• Accurately read binding charts and adjust bindings
• Properly attach and adjust snowboard bindings
• Ability to explain proper use of skis, snowboards and bindings
• Assist with rental returns
