Vail Resorts in Leavenworth, WA is hiring the Ski & Ride School Team Lead for the winter season 2026/2027. You will assist with the day-to-day running of SRS locations, schedule coaches, and facilitate private lessons.

This role requires at least 2 years of ski school experience, English proficiency, and PSIA/AASI certification preferred. Starting wage ranges from $23.00 to $53.50 per hour, with housing available and growth opportunities.

Competenze

• High School Diploma required.
• English reading/writing and communication skills required.
• Minimum 2 years experience with Ski and Ride School.
• PSIA/AASI certification preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Excellent guest service and organizational skills.

Mansioni

• Facilitate setup/breakdown of SRS facilities indoors and outdoors.
• Coordinate morning coach meetings and communication.
• Assign lessons using priority code and manage bookings for private lessons.
• Ensure guests are satisfied with lessons and service.
• Maintain guest service standards and assist with scheduling.
• Other duties as assigned.
