Job summary

PSIA-AASI Western Region in Vail, Colorado, is hiring for winter seasonal roles for 2026/2027. Shift types are full-time hours with housing available. Starting wage ranges from $23.00 to $53.50 per hour, and experience in a ski and ride school is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Ability to read/write and communicate in English.
• Minimum of 2 years experience working for a Ski and Ride School.
• PSIA/AASI certification preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Exceptional guest service skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitating the setup and breakdown of the SRS meeting areas and all other SRS facilities both indoors and out.
• Communicating with coaches during morning meetings.
• Assigning lessons using the priority code.
• Ensuring guests are satisfied with their lessons.
• Facilitating the booking of private lessons.
• Guest service.
• Other duties as assigned.
