Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership and people-management abilities.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to supervise up to 25 employees in Rental Shop(s).
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Certification by binding manufacturers within 7 days of starting; certifications from U.S. binding companies within 14 days.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily floor operations and supervise rental staff during shifts, assigning tasks and workstations.
• Manage inventory, cleaning, and special projects to maximize efficiency and revenue.
• Ensure accurate daily inventory and sales reporting, aiding shrink control and organization.
• Communicate operational issues promptly to the Assistant Manager or Manager.
• Coach staff, attract and retain talent to maintain proper staffing for guest needs.
