Job summary

Limelight Hotels seeks a Guest Service Agent to shuttle guests to local destinations and assist the front desk. This role reports to the Front Office Manager and supports daily operations in a busy hospitality setting.

Responsibilities include guiding guests to points of interest, maintaining vehicle cleanliness, and coordinating with Front Desk for itinerary changes while ensuring guest satisfaction and safety.

Qualifications

• Must be over 18 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• One year of guest/customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive guests to local locations per Front Desk requests.
• Assist and support the front desk as needed.
• Familiarize guests with points of interest and hotel facilities while transporting them.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report issues to Front Office Manager.
• Follow baggage tagging and ski storage procedures.
• Deliver messages or items to guest rooms or other areas as needed.
