Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive guests to local locations as scheduled by the Front Desk.
• Familiarize guests with points of interest, restaurants, activities and hotel facilities.
• Maintain communication with Front Desk for itinerary changes and guest requests.
• Check vehicle cleanliness and basic maintenance and report issues to the Guest Services Manager.
• Assist Front Desk and locate lost luggage with support from airline and guest services desks.
