Job summary

Limelight Snowmass is seeking a Guest Service Agent for the Snowmass location. The role drives guests to local destinations per department requests and supports front desk operations as needed.

Responsibilities include familiarizing guests with local points of interest, maintaining vehicle cleanliness and safety checks, and coordinating with Front Desk for itinerary changes. This seasonal opportunity offers hourly compensation and benefits for seasonal hires.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• High School Diploma or high school equivalency preferred
• One year of guest/customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver guests to various local locations as scheduled by the Front Desk.
• Familiarize guests with points of interest, restaurants, activities, and hotel facilities while transporting guests.
• Know about all daily hotel functions, locations, and times for appropriate guest direction.
• Maintain constant communication with Front Desk for itinerary changes and guest requests.
• Check inside and out of vehicles for cleanliness.
• Clean inside and outside of vehicles when needed.
• Check all essential fluids including oil and brake fluid and check tire pressure.
• Report any problems with the vehicles to Front Office Manager.
• Follow baggage tagging procedures and ski storage procedures.
• Deliver messages, packages, or other items to guest rooms or other areas of the hotel expeditiously.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in the Lobby and Luggage storeroom.
• Fill out vehicle maintenance checklists as directed.
• Report all accidents accurately filling out incident reports immediately.
• Assist Front Desk in locating lost baggage through airlines and guest services desk at airport.
• Other duties as assigned
