Job summary

Snowbird Operations LLC is seeking a Mountain School Rental Technician & Facilities Support to outfit guests with ski and snowboard equipment and support outdoor teaching areas. You will ensure smooth guest experiences in a fast-paced mountain environment.

The role requires physical endurance, technical aptitude, and strong communication, with shifts including weekends/holidays and potential overnight stays at the resort as needed.

Qualifications

Strong guest service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to communicate detailed Mountain School information clearly.
Proficiency with computers and POS systems, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
Experience with rental systems like RTP is a plus.
Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and performing outdoor tasks in cold weather.

Responsibilities

Assist guests with rental equipment with accuracy and clear communication.
Process transactions and manage inventory using POS systems.
Set up and maintain outdoor facilities and teaching aids in varying weather.
Operate beginner lifts and drive shuttles as needed.
Provide friendly service during high-volume periods and coordinate with Mountain School staff.
